We offer full ownership park model lots with many amenities, including The Clubhouse, walking and biking trails, and recreational facilities. It’s a perfect place to raise a family! Below we have answered a few questions that prospective buyers have about our community.

What Is The White Mountain Vacation Village?

We are a family-oriented development and open year-round. Located in the trees with a deep-forest feel, we are only two miles from the hospital, Walmart, Walgreens, Home Depot, Lowe’s, abundant shopping, and multiple restaurants. We are a cell phone and satellite television-only area. We are on City of Show Low sewer & water. Several propane gas companies provide propane to our residents.

What Is The Clubhouse?

The Clubhouse includes a beautiful living room setting with two flat-screen, high-definition televisions, a gorgeous kitchen, restrooms with showers, wireless internet service, large laundry facilities, game room with game tables and pool table, plus an area for mail delivery. We have an outdoor Pavilion by our horseshoe pits and bocce ball court, which is used for our planned activities held between June and September. Within our Festival area, there is a 7/10-mile hiking trail with 10 workout stations plus gazebos with picnic tables, a great place to take your dog for a walk.

What Does the Homeowners Association Fee Go Toward?

Purchasers are required to pay a monthly Homeowners Association Fee which includes water, sewer, trash service, Clubhouse, Pavilion, Festival area, common areas, road maintenance, main infrastructure maintenance, and snow plowing when necessary.

Who Do I Purchase Title Insurance From?

Lawyers Title Insurance Company provide the title insurances and escrow services for the buyer.

Which Company Provides Electricity?

Navopache Electric provides power and charges buyers $30.00 for a membership fee and to install the electric meter. Installation of an electric meter by Navopache Electric does not include pedestal or trenching.
